It starts with vision. We build individual skills to contribute to the team concept. With vision, intelligence is gained. When our point guard takes the ball up the court, we’re positioned based on what the defense gives us. In this way, each player knows every position.

In basketball, the game is constantly moving. Intelligence on the court is key to our game model. Often, height dictates playing time. In our system, this is not a factor.

Through moving the ball quickly with intention, we are able to constantly find the open man. This leads to the next quality in the development we teach: decision making. Knowing where to go on the court with or without the ball requires action. Knowing without action is nothing to us. Basketball IQ is built through thousands of these micro decisions that leads to a smarter and better all-around player.
